SEO & GOOGLE BUSINESS PROFILE
Creators Specialist is an SEO agency in Jbeil (Byblos), Lebanon. We get businesses found on Google without paying for the click — through search rankings, and through the map listing that sits above every search result.
Both take months. Both keep working after you stop paying. That is the whole point of them.
There are two places a customer can find you on Google, and most businesses only think about one.
The first is the search results. Ranking there means your site has to be technically sound, structured so Google can read it, and built around the terms your customers actually type. We audit what is broken, fix the titles, headings, speed and structure, then build content and authority around the right keywords.
The second is the map. Search anything with a location attached — "marketing agency Jbeil", "marketing agency near me" — and Google shows three business listings with photos, reviews and a call button, above every website on the page. That is the local pack, and it comes from your Google Business Profile, not your website.
For a business serving a specific area, the map listing is frequently worth more than the ranking. It also moves faster: weeks rather than months.
If you need customers this month, that is what paid search is for, and we run that too — on our Media Buying service. This page is about the traffic you do not pay for.
Technical audit. Before anything else, we find what is stopping Google ranking you — broken structure, missing or duplicated headings, slow pages, pages Google cannot index, thin content, mobile problems. On most sites we look at, something basic is wrong. Fixing it is cheaper than working around it.
Keyword research for Lebanon. Not regional data. What people here actually type, across Arabic, French and English — including Arabic written in Latin letters, which is how a large share of searches are typed and which English-only research misses completely.
On-page optimisation. Titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, image handling, page speed. The unglamorous work that decides whether Google can understand what each page is for.
Google Business Profile. Categories, services, hours, service area, photos, posts, questions, and the review flow that keeps the listing active. Categories alone decide which searches you are eligible to appear in — get them wrong and nothing else matters.
Content and authority. Pages built around the terms that bring buyers rather than browsers, and links earned from places that count.
Reporting. Rankings, organic traffic, map views, calls and direction requests from the listing, and what converted. Not a list of tasks completed.
Your customers move between Arabic, French and English, often inside the same sentence, often typing Arabic words in Latin letters. Search volumes here are far smaller than the regional figures most agencies quote, which means chasing high-volume keywords usually means chasing the wrong ones.
We work from what is searched here. A term with 90 searches a month that brings three customers is worth more than one with 9,000 that brings none.
Restaurants and multi-branch food chains, clinics and medical practices, retail and e-commerce, professional services, and beauty. Multi-location businesses in particular — where every branch needs its own listing, correctly categorised and consistently named — are work we do regularly.
It depends on how competitive your market is and how much work your site needs. A site with technical problems needs fixing before ranking work means anything, and that is a different amount of work on every site. We audit first and quote against what we find, rather than selling a fixed monthly package that may not match the job.
The audit is free.
How long does SEO take to work in Lebanon?
Three to six months before meaningful movement on competitive terms, longer for a new site with few links. Local and low-competition terms move faster. Google Business Profile moves fastest — often weeks. Anyone promising page one in thirty days is either targeting keywords nobody searches or using methods that cost you later.
What is the difference between SEO and Google Business Profile?
SEO gets your website ranking in the search results. Google Business Profile gets your business into the map listing that appears above those results. They are separate systems with separate rules, and for a business serving a specific area you need both. The map listing often produces more calls than the website does.
Can you improve our Google Business Profile ranking?
Yes. The local pack is driven by categories, proximity to the searcher, reviews and how active the listing is. Categories and reviews are the two we can move. Proximity we cannot — nobody can, and any agency claiming to rank you everywhere is not telling you the truth.
Can you optimise us for "near me" searches?
Not directly. "Near me" is not a keyword you target — Google replaces it with the searcher's location. What makes you appear is a correctly set up listing close to where the person is searching. That is a Google Business Profile job, not a website one.
Do you work in Arabic as well as English?
Yes. Keyword research that only looks at English misses a large part of what your customers actually type.
We have several branches. Do they each need a listing?
Yes, and each one needs its own correctly categorised, consistently named profile. Duplicate, mismatched or abandoned branch listings are one of the most common problems we find, and they hold back every branch, not just the broken one.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No, and neither should anyone else. Nobody controls Google's results. What we can show you is what we changed, what moved, and what it produced.
Planning before execution is a separate piece of work — see Marketing Strategy. For paid campaigns on Google, Meta and TikTok, see Media Buying & Performance Marketing.
Google's own documentation on local ranking is worth reading before you hire anyone: How Google determines local ranking.
A report showing rankings, organic traffic, map views, calls and direction requests from your listing, and the conversions that came from search — not a list of tasks completed. You should be able to tell from it whether the money is working.
A named specialist who knows your account, and an account manager you can reach. Continuity is why search results improve over quarters instead of restarting every time someone new picks the account up.
We go through your site's technical health and find what is stopping Google ranking it, then research what your customers actually search for in Lebanon across Arabic, French and English. You get the findings whether or not you work with us.
Titles, headings, structure, speed, internal links and indexing. The work that has to happen before any ranking effort means anything. At the same time we rebuild your Google Business Profile — categories, services, photos, hours, service area.
Pages built around the terms that bring buyers, and authority grown through links and activity that Google counts. On the listing side, a review flow that keeps it moving rather than going quiet after the first month.
Monthly reporting on rankings, organic traffic, map views, calls and conversions — with what we changed and what it produced, so you can judge it.
