MARKETING STRATEGY
Creators Specialist builds marketing strategies for businesses in Lebanon and the GCC. Not a deck that sits in a drawer — a plan that says which customers to go after, what to say to them, where to spend, and how you will know it worked.
Most businesses do not have a strategy problem. They have an execution-without-a-plan problem.
The pattern we see constantly: a business runs ads on Meta because a competitor does, posts on Instagram because someone said to, and builds a website nobody planned. Each piece may be fine. Together they pull in different directions, and the money leaks out between them.
Strategy is the decision layer above all of that. Who exactly is the customer. What do they already believe. What makes you a better choice than the alternative they would otherwise pick. What are you not going to do.
That last one matters most. A strategy that does not rule anything out is not a strategy, it is a wish list.
Where you actually are. We look at what you are selling, who is buying it now, what your last twelve months of marketing produced, and what your competitors are doing that you are not. Usually something in this stage surprises the owner.
Who the customer really is. Not a demographic slide. The specific person who has the problem you solve, what they currently do instead, and what would have to be true for them to switch to you.
Positioning and message. What you stand for that your competitors cannot claim, said in language your customers use rather than language your industry uses.
Channel and budget plan. Where the money goes and in what proportion — paid, organic, content, local search — with a reason for each line rather than a habit.
Measurement. The three or four numbers that tell you whether this is working, and what each one should look like in three, six and twelve months.
Businesses spending real money on marketing without a plan behind it. Companies whose sales have plateaued while activity has not. Owners about to hire an agency or a marketing employee who want to know what to brief them with. Brands entering Lebanon or the GCC from outside.
It is not for a business with no budget to execute afterwards. A strategy you cannot act on is an expensive document.
It depends on the size of the business and how much research the market needs. We scope it after a first conversation and quote a fixed price, so you know the cost before committing.
The first conversation is free and useful on its own — you will leave it knowing whether you need strategy work or just better execution of what you already have.
How long does it take?
Three to five weeks for most businesses. Longer if the market research is substantial or several decision-makers need to be interviewed.
Do we have to use you to execute it?
No. The document is written so any competent agency or in-house team can act on it. Plenty of clients take it and run it themselves, and some hand it to a different agency entirely.
How is this different from a marketing plan?
A plan lists what you will do. A strategy explains why those things and not others, and what you are deliberately not doing. The plan falls out of the strategy once the strategy is right.
We already have an agency. Is this a conflict?
No, and it often makes the agency more effective. Most agencies execute well and are rarely given a clear brief. A strategy is that brief.
Will you guarantee results?
No. Nobody honest will. What we will do is make the reasoning explicit, so when something does not work you can see which assumption was wrong and change it, rather than guessing.
Once the strategy is set, execution lives on our other services: Media Buying & Performance Marketing for paid campaigns, and SEO & Google Business Profile for the traffic you do not pay for.
A written strategy document you can hand to any agency, employee or freelancer — positioning, audience, messaging, channel plan, budget split and the numbers to judge it by.
Tanios Abi Saad leads every strategy engagement personally, with eight years of running campaigns across Lebanon and the GCC behind the recommendations.
We go through your last twelve months of marketing, your sales data and your competitors, and interview the people who actually talk to your customers. You get the findings whether or not you continue.
We define who the buyer really is, what they do instead of buying from you today, and what would make them switch. This is where most assumptions get corrected.
We set what you stand for, how it is said, which channels carry it and how the budget splits across them — with a reason for every line.
You get the written strategy, the numbers to judge it by, and a working session so your team or your agency can act on it immediately.
