Tanios Abi Saad has worked in marketing for 13 years and founded Creators Specialist in Jbeil (Byblos) in 2018. He leads media buying strategy across the agency’s accounts and has overseen more than $10 million in ad spend for over 150 brands in Lebanon, the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.
Day to day, Tanios works on the campaigns that carry the most budget and the most risk — account structure, bidding strategy, audience and creative testing, and the decisions about where to scale and where to stop. He is directly involved in client strategy rather than sitting above it.
Creators Specialist is an official Meta Business Partner (Tier A) and a Google Partner. Both are verified by the platforms on managed spend and campaign performance, and both were earned under his direction.
Tanios runs digital marketing workshops at universities and schools across Lebanon, including Notre Dame University (NDU) and Collège des Saints-Cœurs Ain Najm, covering Google Ads, SEO and SEM. He has also delivered workshops for television teams.
He consults for other marketing and social media agencies on media buying strategy — agencies that run their own campaigns bring him in on account structure and scaling decisions.
Tanios’s approach starts from the numbers: what a lead is worth, what the business can afford to pay for one, and whether the current spend is producing it. Campaigns are judged on cost per result and return, reported monthly, and changed when the data says so.
He is straightforward about what paid advertising can and cannot do. Budgets that are too small to produce results get told so before the money is spent, not after.
Based in Jbeil (Byblos), Lebanon, Tanios works as a digital marketing expert in Lebanon and across the GCC, and has done since 2018. Specialisms: media buying on Meta, Google and TikTok, performance marketing, marketing strategy, and SEO and SEM.
